Summary: Seeking an entry-level Manufacturing Engineer to troubleshoot manufacturing issues, train new operators and drive continuous improvement processes in a dynamic, hands-on environment.

Requirements:

• Must have a BSME or Industrial Technology/Engineering degree

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

• Some experience in manufacturing engineering/production, preferably through an internship or co-op

• Must be comfortable spending 75% of time on the shop floor

Responsibilities:

• Work directly with production staff to resolve shop floor manufacturing issues

• Train new operators on their Standard Operating Environment (SOE) and proper use of tools/lifting devices/assets

• Own the continuous improvement process

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in heavy equipment manufacturing

• Strong communication skills for effective interaction with shop floor workers

• Openness to working variable shifts including 1st, 2nd and 3rd shifts according to production needs.

Pay Details: $22.00 to $30.00 per hour
